Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to our company policy, order cancellations and product returns are not accepted.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be submitted to us within 3 (three) days of product delivery.

For an exchange request, the product must be:

Unused,

With tags still attached,

In its original undamaged packaging,

Free from any stains, damage, or alterations.

Otherwise, the exchange request will be denied.

Exchange Process

Please submit your exchange request with your order number via our WhatsApp line or email.

After approval, you can send the product to the address below, covering the shipping cost:

Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected, and if found suitable, the exchange process will begin.

When the exchange is approved, the requested size or color will be sent to you with new shipping.

Important Notes

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are not issued; only exchanges are provided.

Exchange requests that are past the time limit or do not meet the conditions will not be processed.
